Schnee-Morehead, Inc. announces a new acrylic adhesive/sealant for the transportation, recreational vehicle, manufactured housing, metal construction and industrial markets, Permacryl SM4500 Adhesive/Sealant.

Permacryl SM4500 is a premium grade, single component solvent release acrylic polymer designed for waterproofing sidewall and roof seams, bonding vehicle trim and molding, sealing around openings in RV’s, buses, trailers, sealing around end moldings and corners, windows, doors, skylights and air conditioners.  Protects and seal rivet seams.

Permacryl SM4500 has excellent adhesion and bonds to a wide variety of surfaces.  It has outstanding UV resistance, is non-yellowing.  It is tack free in 15 to 20 minutes, easily paintable in one to two hours, has permanent flexibility and is mildew resistant.  Is repairable, bonds to itself, and excellent for sealing dissimilar substrates.  It is available in translucent, white and gray colors.  Packaged in 300-ml cartridges.
